Dr. Pancotto graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and continued his education at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with honors in 1988. After completing a hospital based General Practice Residency he went into private practice in the Three Village area, which he has maintained since. He has also been an active faculty at SUNY Stony Brook where he as taught part-time since 1989. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at the school and currently is working in the clinic with the general practice residents. His love for teaching is only surpassed by his love for his family. His wife and two children have grown up in the Three Village area where they continue to reside. Dr. Pancotto has served the Three Village community as a general dentist since 1989.
